Conditions for Obtaining Short-Term Residence Permit by Acquiring Property in Turkey.

​

- The property subject to the residence permit application must be a residential property, not a commercial property, warehouse, or woodshed.
- The minimum value of the residential property subject to the residence permit application must be 200,000 USD.
- If available, the address number document for the property should be included in the file.
- The seller is not required to be a Turkish seller.
- There is no problem with renting out the property purchased for the residence permit after obtaining the residence permit.
